réunion annuelle de l'IEA aura lieu en Belgique en 2010 en marge du congrès
organisé par FEES à Bruges le 10/10/2010 (voir
ci-dessous).

Naar schatting zijn er in de EU-27 jaarlijks 167 000
beroepsgerelateerde sterfgevallen. Ongeveer 159 000 hiervan zijn toe te
schrijven aan beroepsziekten, en van dit aantal houden er 74 000 verband met
blootstelling aan gevaarlijke stoffen op het werk. Het Agentschap heeft op basis
van de communautaire strategie 2002-2006 „een Waarnemingspost voor risico’s"
opgericht om „te anticiperen op nieuwe en in opkomst zijnde risico’s". Het is in
dit kader dat de prognose werd geformuleerd, op basis van de resultaten van drie
opeenvolgende enquêtes onder deskundigen volgens de Delphi-methode. Aan het
onderzoek namen 49 deskundigen uit 21 Europese landen deel.

Chaque année, on estime à 167 000 le nombre de décès liés au
travail dans l’EU-27. Environ 159 000 de ces décès sont attribuables à des
maladies professionnelles dues, pour 74 000 d’entre eux, à une exposition à des
substances dangereuses sur le lieu de travail. La stratégie communautaire
2002-2006 (2) a invité l’Agence européenne pour la sécurité et la santé au
travail à «créer un observatoire des risques» afin d’«anticiper les risques
nouveaux et émergents ». Les prévisions des experts ont été formulées dans ce
contexte sur la base des résultats de trois enquêtes consécutives effectuées à
l’aide de questionnaires en utilisant la méthode Delphi. Quarante-neuf experts
de vingt et un pays européens ont participé à l’enquête.
